Pro-Life Rep: Many GOPers Will Vote Against Spending Bill If It Doesn’t Defund Planned Parenthood | TPMDC. Because they’re not really focused on fiscal responsibility, but enforcing their moral standards (generally based out of religious beliefs) on the rest of the population.
