Spirit

Last sunday I took a journey into my soul. I faced down some demons and was rewarded with the return of my infinite loving capacity.  It was like a giant knot in my heart was undone. I went from feeling like a clogged drain to a hollow bamboo and I could not be more grateful for the opportunity
